CDC Not Changing Definition of "Fully Vaccinated"
The CDC will not change it's definition of fully vaccinated. Yet instead of choosing a more scientifically accurate term to describe those who have not received the booster, the CDC instead will hide behind the more ambiguous term “up-to-date. The question is obviously why would it do this?
It is now common knowledge that the Covid vaccination is no longer effective against the corona virus after 6 months and is seemingly not effective against the Omicron variant at all. Certainly, the CDC would need to identify individuals vaccinated almost a year ago as no longer protected against COVID-19?
The answer to why the CDC maintain the deceptive misnomer “fully vaccinated” is obvious. Changing the definition will cause the number of Americans that are “fully vaccinated” to decrease from 75% to less than 40 percent. (credit Fox News Live. 1/23/2022)
President Biden can hardly be expected to continue boasting about high vaccination rates when the vaccination rates suddenly reduce by half. What is a little statistical inaccuracy when the CDC has been purposefully inaccurate the entire time? Case in point--the CDC director brushing off Covid deaths among the vaccinated as being skewed by 75%.
The CDC's decision to continue using an inaccurate description of “fully vaccinated” is simply one more example of how the CDC uses its influence to support a certain political agenda.
